January 15 2024 - Hollyoaks - James & Ste

No stames scenes in this episode but HUGE for Ste. A drunk Leah has called Ste for help. When he arrives she is unconscious so he puts her in the back seat of the car and races to the hospital. When she starts choking, he looks back and as he does so, hits something that makes him swerve the car, but doesn't realise what's happened at the time. He gets Leah to hospital and she's fine, but when he goes out to the car, he notices something wedged by the wheel. He pulls it out and it is a red boot (which Ella was wearing), and realisation hits him over what might have happened...

Ste thinks he's hit Ella when I think she died of alcohol poisoning and when warren finds out Mercedes got Ella the drink - well that will be interesting to see... Seeing as they've just fallen for eachother

Literally just before the reveal about Ella I said to my mom "Ella's not been here ages this is concerning." I knew she'd go though... I'm really nervous to see where this is heading now after what I've heard will be Stes dark storyline

Wow But one thing everyone has not thought of, is if Stu hit a body then where is the damage to his car? if you hit something the impact would do damage. My guess is he hit the boot and the bump was it hitting the wheel arch. Maybe i'm wrong but make more sense to be that as we didn't see him hit Ella.

Normally I would say Ste is 100% at fault here since there is no excuse to look away from the road as you´re driving... well, except this. Trying to keep your unconcious daughter from choking on her vomits in the backseat is a pretty good excuse. Sure, he SHOULD have called an ambulance but I can´t really fault him for panicing either. Besides, what direction was he gonna give the 911? "yeah, hi. my kid is dying in a random field. No clue where I am, just follow the sound of my screams" ? I probably would have taken the car to instead of hoping to be found. It was as far as I´m concerned a complete accident and Ste shouldn´t face any punishment... expect maybe take his driver license.

@@SuperBullaMan He should never gotten in the car then and comfronted Mercedes and warren, instead he decides to be a recluse on the road wanting answers, for him to stop the car. He hurt several people cause of his actions. Mercedes and warren did do things to him behind his back, but they weren't behind the wheel Felix was, not caring for anyone's safety
