For the lifestyle of vegan or partly vegetarian population huge amount of plantation get used for soja bean etc transported from miles away(too much polution and waste of resources) numerous Nr of forests and untouched nature turn to plantions(ruining the animal and vegetation habitat)، so not that much difference from if they turn to pastures( despite of produced co2 by cows)We can not also force people to avoid to eat meat, which is the nature of human being like the nature of our cats or dogs, animal protein is needed to raise a physically healthy generation(proved by science). Theactual problem is , i believe, mass production of meat and animal products "mass production"of living souls to kill them later still not being sold for many reasons and or then getting thrown away. Wasting animal products is cruel because it cost the life of living souls even animals dont do this to their hunt they hunt enough and consume enough. The real reason is industrialisation globalisation and the consumerism culture Even in third world countriesoryes. A moderate meat consume or lifestyle (a simple obvious example repaiting stuff instead of throwing away immediately after a demage, would protect the animal lives as well cos it prevents poplution of air earth and water, over use of resources not adding more plastic elements in environment that go later in all living being food as micro particle . But i have no intention to discourage any vegan or even vegetarian person for their life style. I just admire people who see the whole and bug picture and watch the butterfly effect of their every single action and reaction on their surrounding. Sorry for my bad English, not my mother language:)

I was homeless for about a year (on the job injury). I lived in a van with solar for about a year while i healed. Other than harassment by cops, it was the happiest year every. My dog and I went to beaches on the weekends. No housework/worries to speak of. Lots of free time to enjoy parks/the outdoors. Eat simply as you do (cooked stuff on the dash). I will always remember that time. I own a house/have a job now. feel like a slave. You are doing it right!

I love that you give thanks to God each time you are eating and even thank your sheep for their milk. I do the same with my goats. God is good! You eat so well it’s like a food AMSR so yummy! Homegrown/Homemade is the best! Have you tried making Clabber? I do it all the time, it’s so easy you just put raw milk on the shelf and all the good bacteria’s take over and make a thick yogurt like substance, much healthier than yogurt too, can be beneficial for allergies and such, kinda like local honey what your animal is around regularly and also eats makes milk out of those properties and gives you a defense against them. Clabber is one of the healthiest ways to eat raw milk. You can make raw cheese out of clabber and raw butter. That way all the good stuff is not cooked off.

I love that water gathing thing under the spout, but it still has an overflow, so just naturally refills. I need to get gutters on my shed and install something like that. Seeing your wagon in winter mode it looks nice and warm with that lil stove, very nice. you could about be a chef at some fancy restaurant with those recipes; better than what almost everyone is selling. Very nice and always inspiring.

Aaron, if your in the oregon area how are you handling through the ice storm? What source of heat and insulation are you using. Id imagine you use sheep wool/felt for insulation. How do you do sanitation like bathing and #1 & #2. Ive been thinking about doing the iditarod and using a biomass heater to keep warm and power my ebike. Either using peltiers and sebek effect or just going steam powered.
