You are amazing. An inspiration to me. I was diagnosed with a mild case of alopecia in May and by July it had progressed so viciously and now I’m pretty much completely bald. I cry I’m anxious and am just venturing into wigs. Made many mistakes so far so I love all your videos. So so helpful and again your short the other day really inspired me. I CRY all the time. So much treatment so many medications and shots and nothing. So I see you and know I can feel confident again. Thank you

I'm so glad to know my videos are helping. Thank you for sharing. It is an emotional journey, that's for sure. Take it one day at a time. Sending hugs!

The great thing about wigs is that you can have one wig for every day use but for special occasions (including date night with your husband) you can be a completely different woman with a different wig. I feel your pain, I have been there. Choose well-crafted ones (including say, a hand-tied mono top) and no one will be able to tell you're wearing one. My favorite brands are Ellen Wille and Jon Renau. Ellen Wille is a European line and her cuts are both trendy and sophisticated. Have fun!

@@AlexCocktail thank you so much. It’s just a shock 4 months ago I had a full head of hair. Now I’m bald. Thank you for the tips this is so new to me. I have 3 human hair wigs. 2 by Jon renau and one I had custom but it got ruined by an incompetent hairdresser. I have 2 synthetic and feel too self conscious in those. They get so matted and tangled. May I ask if your hair ever grew back?

They sure are. Thank you. Alopecia is emotionally and mentally draining. I thank god for chiquel and all these videos I need my confidence back. Need to like me again and stop being bitter

I adore this wig! I was diagnosed with Alopecia around 5 months ago my hair is very quickly falling out. Thank you for posting this great review. I think this will be my first wig purchase. I'm starting to save up for her today!

Btw. Love chiquel. And Marie so wonderful and helpful Whenever I get her in the phone. Wish I could afford another human hair but I’m going to save up every check. Love chiquel.

I have an 18 month old January, and she has lost most of her curl too, but she's still my number one pick. I also had her thinned out when I first got her, so she's a little more flat than yours. But, it still looks good in my opinion.

awesome! Yes, the curl has definitely fallen but I find she can perk back up with some product in her! But still love the fallen waves on her :)

I needed to thin mine out too. So pretty but too much hair near the front for me.

January is the best wig I've ever had and I think after 2 1/2 years I'm going to buy the same one again just in a different shade for a change of look. The length is excellent since it doesn't matt around the neck like longer wigs do. I do have an issue with sizing though. I bought the petite but it's still too big. It is very baggy on the back of my head and it sits on the top of my ears (so annoying!). The tighteners have now stretched and the lace front is popping up so I feel like it's really obvious that I'm wearing a wig (not that anyone ever notices). This is what I always find happens when my wigs get old. It's a shame since I'd like to keep them to wear for a slightly different look. I'd love to hear any tips on pulling that lace front down flat again to extend the life of the wig.

can bangs be cut in on this one??

If you scrunch her with water does she get the curls back?
@chiquelwigs Жыл бұрын
the water enhances the curl a bit but it doesn't necessarily bring then fully back. :)

Can't you take a pin to train the bang off your face? I love all your presentations. Pretty wig. Thinking of trying it. Don't wear wigs, but it's so cute.Thank you
