I didn't know there were different hardbacks for Caraval :o! I have the UK dustjacket as well (apparently there are 4 different ones) and I have a rose on my hardback. I love it, it is stunning! If you put black and white next to one another, you can put this book in between :)

I love the rose! And unfortunately my shelf goes white>brown>gray>black so that would be a big move, but I just ended up putting it at the end of the blacks up against the shelf so it kind of blends in!

The alchemists of loom is really good! I'm reading it right now. It's not young adult, it's adult fantasy. And dragons are referring to a race, not actual dragons. It's kind of a steampunk fantasy theme.

I would recommend skullduggery pleasant series, if you can read it then do it and you won't be disappointed, trust me!

Put the book on the shelf facing to the front - it will be all black ;) And depending how the back presents itself it could alternate to whites ;) Also, since you have white bookcases, you can put it in the blacks with the white part just kind of dissapearing in the bookcase wall ;)

Farheen Jacob Hi, obviously I'm not Hailey, but I have not read The Grisha trilogy but I read both Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom. I think reading the Grisha Trilogy first could have helped, but I didn't miss anything from the Six of Crows duolgy. So I say, no, you don't have to it.

Roseblood was a tough one because it doesn't really have a nice page for it, but I usually put it on the first title page, so where it just says the title of the book and sometimes the publisher as well. Hope that made sense!
