Came back to this message during a much needed hour walk in the dark here in Niagara Ontario. Yesterday I had my first ever Astrology Birth chart reading high lighting my life lesson ‘to speak my Truth’. This morning my phone kept on turning on to your message today, Nancy, while I was working…. So not surprisingly this evening I had the opportunity to Speak my Truth with my ex partner . In hindsight now I realize how very Controlled I kept myself by not speaking my Truth, many times lying truly or by omission in the last many years!!! Control comes in many forms!! Hi Nancy, Thank you for your love and Blessings. Control basically says, "I don't trust myself". On the otherside of control is Freedom. We are worthy, but do we Feel worthy of freedom. In freedom, we fully receive the nourishment, the Joy. I'm not there yet, but I can feel it, for all of us. When we Realize freedom or Hearts and Compassion will no longer be three sizes to small. (A little grinch humor there.) This is all just around the corner. Let us know to our bones that we are Worthy and all else will unfold with great ease. This was super helpful for me in the workplace. I had a little battle with spirit thinking I would be walked all over if I don't stand up for myself but I am seeing glimpses of how to manage this or not manage it. January is going to be interesting.

I was t feeling food and still pretty sick and we’ve been havjgn mroe power outages and I had to ask Spirit to help me meditate bc as soon as I was doing it my mind was overwhelmed and spirit said they helped me as I took a long nap. My body did get spooked and as I slept I had dream upon dream of waking up past my alarm 😅. However I realized the profound dreams I had a year ago is finally revealing this entire message to me and I realized it was all about this year of these massive changes especially as we head to 2025. My intuition has grown rapidly and I’m very sure once I recover from this sickness (solar flares been effecting our power grid and internet connection) it will change me once more.

Thank you Nancy, love your wisdom and knowledge you share so readily. I've struggled with sleep last night and earlier in the week, but also I am heating up during the night, my body radiates heat in a way it has never done before even when I went through the menopause, I'm guessing it must be linked to the energy changes. I am reading Graham Hancock's book Supernatural and it is all about the painted cave paints and how neandethals held spiritual practices and much more. Happy solstice to you and everybody else.

"What is enlightenment? - I believe it's when your expression of love supersedes your desire for one objective truth... There's a point when you're in a relationship where you have to give up being right in order to sustain and have the relationship thrive and succeed.. at some point you have to say to your spouse, close friend (etc) - you know, I don't need to be right here and I understand that you see things differently than I do.. and it's going a step beyond agreeing to disagree. Hello Nancy, I don't know if there's a connection, but since Tuesday morning I've had a terrible flu like I can't remember ever having had before. I've been in bed for 3 days now and I hardly get up once daily to try to eat and drink a little. If this is an ascension symptom I'm well served. Hopefully I'll be a bit better on Saturday to take advantage of the new energy. Roger
