Good that countries like Japan, R getting good enough players 2 compete and even BEAT the United States at American Football at the (IFAF) Japan is probably the next best country, at playing American Football. The U.S. doesn’t bring top talent to these types of events. Holtz almost lost with a group of D3 stars players and former players past their prime. Ever since about 2014, Japan’s youth league has been improved and university football also improved after one Japanese coach got a job in the USA! You gotta bring an all-star team to Japan now. But those players are t going to risk injury. So here we are. Perhaps Lou Holtz learned this well as he coached some D3 and former stars to a close win. He had to dig deep in that playbook. No! He had to get that one trusted playmaker to make some big plays. 😂. After that game, usually coaches bring it! But this team and coach didn’t get it. So we lost embarrassingly. One thing I know from watching up close during a vacation is that Japanese players got some power and speed! All they needed was better coaching and updated offenses. No joke!
