【Japan Hotel Vlog】"Takeda Castle Town Hotel EN," a sake brewery hotel with 400 years of history.

This time, I went on a 2-day, 1-night trip to Hyogo, Japan. I stayed at a hotel called "Takeda Castle Town Hotel EN," which was renovated from a sake brewery.
The hotel is a renovated traditional house located at the foot of Takeda Castle, in a corner of a town that once flourished as a castle town and later thrived as a post town. Now, after many years, it has been reborn as a high-quality accommodation with 13 rooms.
The guest rooms, which include the main building built in the Meiji period, storehouses, and detached houses, each have a unique charm that gently soothes the hearts of visitors. The culinary highlight of the trip features authentic Japanese-French cuisine made with local brand ingredients such as Tajima beef and Kasumi crab, as well as fresh local vegetables.
Guests can enjoy a luxurious stay for adults, savoring a gourmet world expanded by pairing various local ingredients and sake.
