There are 2 types of hemophilia, A and B, type A lacks factor 8 and type B lacks factor 9. There are also other diseases that interfere with a person's ability to make a clot. But say if he actually has hemophilia type 8, he probably has a mild case. Sever cases can bleed by activity (running, jumping,ect) and need to have their factor close at hand. Mild cases however, are fine until there is a somewhat serious injury. As for GI bleeding, it can be a serious injury, and even in a normal person active GI bleeding is considered an emergency. It's not the platelets that we're worried about, it's them bleeding out. Stomach gets its blood supply from 4 major arteries, so when it starts bleeding, it's kinda dangerous.

Japan has achieved a dystopian system because of a culture that overwhelmingly promotes a corporate nightmare as the norm. It's gotten bad enough that being a house wife is stigmatising. Low wages and increased inflation has caused living paycheck to paycheck barely surviving the norm. Japan needs to do something about it. Guys, as a b2b chocolate maker I'd advise the best thing to pair with good quality fine chocolate is good quality bread. Also if you aren't a fan of the bitterness of some bars, bread will mellow the harsher flavours and allow you to taste the more pleasant notes that lie beyond that. I know there are some interesting food artisans, including chocolate makers, in Japan so considering the passion that you all unleash when the subject of food comes up, it would be cool to see guests and/or specials that explored that realm.
