My wife and I were there in April and will be going back next week. Our flight arrived around 8pm but we were able to pick up our passes just in time before the office closed at 9:45 (even though we missed the last NEX train which was not a big deal since we just took a local train to Chiba instead). Surprisingly, there were at least 100 people in line behind us, confused and frustrated.

I think JR Pass rules are bit difficult even in Japanese. But JR Pass is worth ticket to buy I think. I'll make videos for your help. Thank you for your comment.

Thank you, Jake, for showing us where to exchange JR Pass at Narita airport! Our flight will arrive almost at 9:00 pm, but we are staying at a hotel nearby and will probably go back to the airport the next day to exchange our JR Passes.

There are no machines with passport. You should visit the counter for getting JR Passes.

We will arrive at Haneda Airport and have a continue flight to Osaka with jet star airlines which is located in the terminal 3. Do you have any suggestion how can i transfer from Haneda Airport to Narita Airport? Can we make it by bus? and if i had purchased my shinkansen ticket online here from Indonesia, And i want to redeem the tickets in Narita Airport terminal 3 (since i take jet star airlines to Osaka), Is terminal 2 is the nearest place i can go to do so? thank you so much for your help..

You said, you will arrive at Haneda Airport, then you will transfer to Narita Airport T3 and fly to Osaka with Jetstar. Is it right? In this case, I recommend you to ride the limousine bus.
