One great thing about this channel is you're always committed to showing us off-the-beaten path places like this! Just watch out that statue might get you demonetized lol .... happened to me with a nude statue in CDMX

Thanks Dan.. great heads up on the demonetization.

Nice job, Jon. The area and its quietness remind me a little of Hakone (Fuji-Hakone-Izu national park). If you get a little distance from the onsens (hot springs) the land seems similar (from what I could see). Well, you asked. 😆 Beautiful. Next trip, I'll have to check this out. Thanks!

That’s so Cool that you are getting to see a side of japan that not many westerners visit... it reminds me a tad of la barranca de huentitan when it’s green haha jk but sort of and maybe a smaller Yosemite.

I could see that comparison for sure !!

I would walk across he vine bridge, especially if the tour guide was going. I don't think I have seen anything quite like it, it seems unique and beautiful.

Yes, it's not THAT bad.

Haha, I thought for a moment you should start doing the same as the statue when you throw the coins to it... But I can imagine it would be a cool and real 'boy thing' experience.

Another great video although nowadays it seems like every country has a peeing boy statue.
