The Japanese has always have taken pride in what they make. A lot of thought goes into their product.

Typical Japanese manufacturing premises, everything is lined up and stacked perfectly, you could eat off the floor, attention to detail is amazing - Love it 👍👍👍

That is great to here. So many Japanese products are fantastic and so reliable. Honda, Toyota, Yamaha, Sony, Denso, Canon.... Great to see the smaller outfits follow the same ethos

Thank you for making this video Luke So good to see behind the scenes at Snow Peak... WOW!!! What a Factory, its is cleaner than most hospitals in AU. So good to see how custom and personal each product is built and packaged I love the neatness and organisation, as it should be. He even has robotics!!! Holy smoke I'd go on a holiday to Japan just to see that! What a professional and proud outfit

This is great stuff guys. Working in the manufacturing industry in Japan myself, I know firsthand how meticulous the processes are and how much thought has gone into them. Love hotels are cheap, yes, but not really an option for families. Making families on the other hand, that’s a different story. Hope there are many more parts to this series. Thanks!

That is so cool, really enjoyed seeing this. It's so great to see the company manufacturing their own products domestically. Snow Peak products are not the cheapest on the market but the care and quality is fantastic. I really like it when companies own their own manufacturing facilities and I'm happy we can access those items abroad too. I only have a few Snow Peak things but love em

How cool is the peg making factory, this is why you pay a little extra for Japanese made Quality all the way, I would love one of the raw pegs 👍👌✌

I just bought one of these snow peak fire pits… I was a bit surprised to see it was made in Korea. Can anyone say that the steel used is the same? I can see different welds and a bit different build as in the way it put together. Thanks for the great video tour. 👍

What happened to Drifta selling Snow Peak?
@DriftaCamping4WD2 жыл бұрын
many things happened that I can't talk about , but SP coming to aust in a big way with shops etc so.. plus their main product the firepit the grill net rusted badly and they refused to fix it, the Chinese ones were half the price and better design . we had no choice but to go our own way.. L
@warwickbourke2 жыл бұрын
Oh geez I did wonder where they went. That’s very disappointing to say the least. I had heard talk about us getting stores like in the USA. That’s why stock is hard to come by as their probably stockpiling it for that. What do you think about their titanium cups, bowls, plates and cutlery is it worth it? I’ve only heard good things about them. Thanks for the reply :)
