It certainly was! I think the first 5 minutes of video took us about 10 days of work in real life 😅 Thanks for watching! 💕

Gday Ellen!! Greetings from the Gold Coast QLD. So wonderful to find you and your accent!!! Love your style. Its so awesome finding a designer who uses the same shops etc that I love... makes it so much more relatable and achievable. Off to watch all your other vids now. Congrats on your site, wishing you well.

You guys did a great job! Where is the wall lamp from please?
@Ellen_Lydia8 күн бұрын
Thank you so much! I bought the lamp from Temple & Webster. I'm not sure where you are located, but if you are outside of Australia, you could try searching the name of the lamp in the link. I hope that helps! www.templeandwebster.com.au/Pear-George-Nelson-Replica-Wall-Sconce-ASOL1365.html

Just found your channel, and I like it. I have a question. Wouldn’t it be easier to put on the trim after the wallpaper?
@Ellen_Lydia11 күн бұрын
Thank you so much! I actually overthought this question several times when I was deciding how I should do it 😂 But yes, I think if the trim pieces were being nailed to the wall, it would be easier to do wallpaper first. But since the walls were made of brick, and I was using the mounting tape, I wasn’t confident that the vertical trim pieces would stay stuck to the wallpaper (i think the weight of it might just tear down the wallpaper), so I decided to do trim first to stick them directly to the wall 😊
