My cousins, my brother, and my nephews went to an indoor airsoft field and my brother was surprised how good they were as he kept getting hit by them, even though he wasn't really trying. SCAR was expensive due to high development costs and low procurement numbers skewing the “cost” of it (even though cost of production isn’t crazy). @EdgyDabs I understand that it could have that effect. I think what would be a good deterrent would be a strong military alliance between Japan and ROK. @@EdgyDabs47 Unfortunately, Japan's expansion of military spending is unlikely to stimulate other countries. This is because Japan's military spending has remained virtually unchanged over the past 30 years, while China's military spending has increased 39-fold. China's military spending is now five times that of Japan. It is China that is influencing the regional security environment, and the expansion of Japanese and South Korean military spending is a result of this.
