These are everywhere in Pennsylvania. I never knew if they were edible or medicinal. I'm happy to see they are. They are PLENTIFUL here. However I'm a little cautious because I don't know much about them compared to other plants. I believe there are multiple kinds of barberry correct? All safe? Any toxic lookalikes? Also is dogwood useful for anything? It's hard to find info on these "non-mainstream" plants

+Hike with Mike It can be found mostly in the northeast US. However, with other varieties included it almost covers the whole northern US and some southerly areas
