Interesting. I'm not american so I do enjoy (pretty much) free health care myself, but I think what americans want to see in the description is the full list of exams and the bill for it all. I have to say though, that's one hell of a checkup.

It depends on which course you take, but for me it was the Premium course, which cost about 300,000 yen (approximately 3,000 USD).
