I can't believe I can see legendary YUYU here. His Japanese pronunciation is super clear and choice of words is sophisticated, so I always enjoy listening to his podcast.

I really love the setup for the subtitles. You put them up so we can also read the english subs down there. Which not many channels do. Very smart. Thank you for this. you earned a subscriber.
Great video! Your speaking speed is just right to me ✌

How heartwarming the conversation is❤Thankyou so much
Thank you so much for this video. I'm italien but I moved to France at 34yo! I struggled as you guys at the beginning and completely share your argument. However full immersion has helped and my french is fluent now...but.... I kept my strong italian accent ! Now I'mstruggling learning japanese, so keep on doing this kind of videos, so helpful!!!!! ciao, hasta la vista, じゃあね!
The questions you asked to YuYu san are really impressive to me。一番気になったのはどんな人か周りにいますかってその質問です。You are a good questioner, Kensan. Keep it up! and thanks a lot for making this kind of video. I learnt a lot from you two through this conversation.

Exactly! I believe that having good communication skills in Japanese like showing your interest to others like asking questions or leading the conversations, very positive listening while your friends are talking, clear explanation, and stuff are much more important!😆👍
Hey けんさん, I recommend that you use English subtitles that more closely match the sentence in Japanese, to make it easier for us Japanese learners to understand the Japanese sentence structure. For example, for this sentence: それぐらいメキシコの生活にどっぷり浸かってしまっているような感じです。 Instead of translating it as this: "That's how immersed I feel in life in Mexico here" (which is a very good translation) A translation that resembles the Japanese sentence structure a bit more would be: "I feel like I ended up being that much immersed in life in Mexico" Also, it would be great if you also translates all of the filler words. I know you can't always maintain the same phrasing, and I know it may sound a bit awkward in English sometimes, but people here come to learn Japanese from your conversations. People don't just watch your videos and read the English subtitles to know about the stories you're telling. These videos are great. I just feel that slight change will help us even more.

っていうふうに means like → as if to say, as if to suggest that, in such a way that, things like, etc ... っていうふうに is a very spoken way of というふうに. Here is a website that has more detailed explanation about it.😊 → bunpro.jp/ja/grammar_points/%E3%81%A8%E3%81%84%E3%81%86%E9%A2%A8%E3%81%AB
