I got SO EXCITED just ten seconds in!! I miss riding the Yamanote!!! Apparently they built a new Harajuku station, and I'm so sad, I absolutely loved the old station!(lived in Japan off and on 2015-2016) It was so heckin charming, I miss everything about Japan, even public transit, lol. And I frickin loved that Yoshinoya on the corner of Takeshita Dori! I miss Japan. Yes! Santa Monica Crepes!!!!!!! Oh man, their chocolate strawberry crepe was SO GOOD!!!! My fav was probably in Osaka, I came across a tiramisu crepe.

We have koi in the pond at home and they always come over whenever they see me since they know I will feed them. We have to take them inside during winter though since the winters are unpredictable here and last year a lot of people lost theirs to the ice and heavy snow. They're so tame you could probably just pick them up since whenever I feed them I do so by hand and they eat from it.

I don't usually watch vlogs but I've been so excited for this! I've always wanted to go to Japan but I've got huge anxiety about not being able to communicate with people because I unfortunately only grew up speaking English. I've tried learning other languages but it's so hard, I don't have the time. I went to Rome and found it really hard to get around and talk to people. Maybe one day I'll go to Japan, for now I'll have to live vicariously through you!

Don't stress if you have to wait until you're back in Canada to upload Japan vlogs. Enjoy your holiday! That being said, I do appreciate the vlogs. I want to go to Japan someday but I get anxious (which becomes cranky/ragey/salty) when there are too many people in my personal space. I can tolerate it for short amounts of time if there's something I really want to see, like Harajuku. That temple on the other hand looked so quiet and so much room away from other people. I'll have to wait until I can practise my basic Japanese again, so I can venture out of the touristy areas. And lose more weight: I'm plus sized Australian, which means I might not fit into regular people seats etc in Japan AND I may cry looking at all the pretty clothes I can never wear in places like that creepy shop.

We are stationed in Guam and plan to go to Japan next December. It's only a 5 hour flight from here and a third of the cost that it would be if we went there from the states. I am so flipping excited! It's also on our dream sheet so we may end up living there next! Enjoy your vacation but show as much as you can! You guys are as cool as hell. 👍😁 My favorite part of this vlog was the koi fish pond. They are soooooooooo beautiful! I'd love to get in their dollar stores as well. In the US dollar stores are hit & miss with their quality. As you and Sika have demonstrated, Japanese dollar store items can be poor quality as well. But they take a lot more pride in their work in Japan and really put effort into developing quality items. Plus the pens, paper, and art supplies selection is huge there! Gotta get my ass to Japan one day! ✈ 🎌
