なんかすごいですね!!! 食品サンプルの製作工程、初めて視た。出来たものが実そのもの(ウナギね)なんで、置いてあったら食べてしまいます。まぁラーメンのサンプルはもう少し努力かな...。刻みネギ(緑の色合い)とチャーシューがイマイチですな。タコ焼きサイコーです…素敵ヽ(^。^)ノ置いてあったら一ミリの迷いもなく食べてる。レタス神だ！こんな切り口で食の動画、たのしいですね💖

Ah so that’s how they do it. Its has always been a subject of fascination for me when I worked at Takashimaya Singapore back in the mid 90s and saw those japanese restaurants having menu window display showcase of those realistic foods…my jaw dropped at the lettuce part.

何年か前に郡上のさんぷる工房さんにお邪魔し、サンプル作製の体験しました。貴重な体験でしたし、一緒に行った外国人の友人達も大喜びしてくれました。手頃な土産物も沢山あるし、古い街並みも良い。機会があったらまた是非行きたい場所です。

ここではありませんがサンプル工房見学に行ったとき、製作中の美味しそうな食べ物がいっぱい並んでいるのに、溶けたビニールの臭いしかしないので、頭が混乱しました😂

When I was a kid there was a Japanese show called “TV Champions” it’s super cool you’ll get to see so many many different skills on there. Food model making was in probably more than one episode.

While indeed, false advertising is illegal in the EU, this concept of displaying fake food in display windows to show customers the appearance, serving size, etc. of what they will be getting, is NOT illegal. Asian restaurants do this, e.g., Yaki (Thai) restaurant in Brussels, whose fake food displays you can easily see in Google Maps street view

This is one of these curious things, I did always wonder how even the smallest Japanese restaurants so often had these ultra realistic looking fake food samples. It's genuine artistry to create them! Would love to know what the 'Sol' casting material they're using here is, some sort of urethane?

ここ、行きました！　レタスの作り方が一番衝撃的だったな。サンプル制作の体験料金が1000円からとかなり良心的で、体験しやすかったです。ありがとうございました！　いろいろなサンプルの展示（一番印象に残っているのが、こぼれたラーメン！　あと、アユの塩焼きも食べれなかったのでサンプルで堪能しました）や、会社の歴史も展示されていて、おもしろかった。本店の場所、初めて車で行く人には、ちょっとわかりにくい。看板をもっと目立つように出してくれたら嬉しいのだが。

I remember traveling to China several years back with family and saw this for the first time. I thought we picked up the plates until they told me that was just the display section and the food wasn't real. That stuff is deceivingly realistic.

It's crazy slot the process the use making fake food displays is the actual concept they use in kitchens.Using an oven.Making a pastry bag.Cutting things.Etc.
