Let me introduce you to the magical and delicious world of Japanese candy.
TL;DR - Ryosuke and I threw a party and I was in charge of snacks. And I recorded a video of it because why not?
What are your favorite snacks? Have you tried any of these?

I found this amazing Japanese chocolate from a brand called Meiji called Coffee Beat which I LOVE but they've become almost impossible to get in Australia. :( They are little chocolates the size and shape of a coffee bean and they are coffee flavoured chocolate but they are NOT chocolate covered coffee beans (just flavoured chocolate). I had to push it really far from me so I wouldnt eat more agemochi lol. Now I feel as i should have eat more because im not in JP everydays lol. My friend's mom is such a great cook and kept saying "たくさんたべて". Sometime I thought she just wanted me to roll off the table. Anyways Im not in the topic anymore ...but what I wanted to say Agemochi or any japanese snack can create serious addiction.

Water doesn't help wash down spice, because spice is caused by an oil called capsaicin which triggers the heat sensing elements in your cells, and the two don't mix naturally, at best it does nothing, at worse it literally moves it around your mouth to areas that haven't experienced the shock and just gives you an extra spicy kick. Best thing you can drink for spice is actually milk, but seeing as you are allergic that might be an issue! What actually helps with the spice is a protein known as Casein which binds with the fatty substance thus neutralizing it and allowing it to get washed away more easily. You can get Casein outside of milk and make protein shakes with it, however since you aren't lactose intolerant but rather actually allergic to milk, and more specifically cow's milk there is a good chance you are in fact allergic to Casein, since cow's milk contain a very large amount of it while other types of milks contain much smaller quantities and of slightly different variations. Drinking a sip of milk may make your stomach sick, drinking a glass of Casein protein shake might down right kill you if that Is what you are allergic to, but its still something good to know. If you need to deal with spice and can't risk dairy such as yourself the best bet would be to find some other natural emulsifier. The most common one, though you might be loath to mix it with water and swoosh it around your mouth is egg yolk. Soy milk might do the trick, its not as effective as cow's milk, but if you swoosh it, it will eventually wash the fire oil off (it might possibly feel like water at first, but last less time).Honey also works well, but you would need fairly large amounts, and it needs to be real honey, which is becoming very hard to actually find (as well as being far more expensive now than it was even 5 years ago, most honey, at least in the US, even though it is not labeled as such, is at least partially fake).

You both are so kind to share your much appreciated tips etc tht I just look forward to new uploads when you both can but please remember to have some time for yourselves too : ) x I'd actually like some advise on dating Japanese men as there's a really cute Japenese guy who lives over here in UK & I'd like to approach him however I'm somewhat apprehensive because I worry I just might do something wrong or say something wrong that could potentially ruin a date . I'm English & believe that your heart decides who u fall in love with not people's perceptions upon what should be & what shouldn't be I'm sure you can get where I'm coming from . Please advise if u can & yes he knows I like him & he's returned a smile on alot of occasions ! So challenge for u please accept . Any advise welcome from you both .
