you need to run a board across that bottom fence ...doesn't look polished off with the boards not being the same length...looks sloppy

I would have left the outside space as a little garden. For vegetables, instead of a shower. But the shower is better if you want to rent it out.

The concrete looks a bit unfinished, I think it looked better before with wooden tiles! Might be worth considering some more tiles or a variant of those for the bath area.

those 3 stones look like something that people are going to trip on. 1 to many drinks and BAM you're on your ass. But i'm still jealous, it looks beautiful edit, after watching the WHOLE video I see you ended up adding more concrete to level them out, then covering them all together, then removing the covering! HAAHA. Looks great

Looks epic, I'd like to be at this party so hrd, haha. But didn't they have this fake ivy at IKEA, you could decorate the Top of the wooden wall in the Garden with these IKEA fake plants, that would look beautiful.

I would like to know if the building itself fullfil the requirements to be "livable" considering how old it is by nowadays national standards in Japan especially considering it being the most prone earthquake country in the world.

OH ANTON, YOUR HOME IS LOOKING SO SWEET! I LOVE THE WOOD AND THE TUB! IT REMINDS ME OF THE TUB MY AUNT AND UNCLE HAD. IT HAD A SIMILAR LID TOO. IT WOULD BE FILLED UP WITH SUPER HOT STEAMY WATER AND THE LID WOULD COVER IT SO NO HOT WATER WOULD ESCAPE. I LIKE THE IDEA OF PUTTING ICE AND BEER IN IT! LOL! PRETTY COOL! LOL! SAY... WHY DO ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS RESEMBLE MODELS??? 😂😅😊😂❤❤❤! THAT'S BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL MODELS!! LOL! 😂! IF ANYONE WANTS TO SCORE A PARTY TO THE BEST LOOKING CROWD... HIT UP ANTON!!! AM I RIGHT? LOL!! SERIOUSLY, YOUR HOME IS "DA BOMB!" IT IS REALLY SUPER NICE. AND I LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS. YOU MENTIONED THAT A COUPLE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS HAD AN ISSUE WITH WATER OR MOISTURE ON A SIDE OF YOUR HOME. THAT CAN BE CONCERNING. FURTHER ON DOWN THE LINE THAT CAN BECOME A BIG CRISES FOR EVERYONE. IT CAN BE A BIG FLOODING ISSUE, IT CAN CAUSE A FOUNDATION PROBLEMS NOT JUST FOR YOUR HOME, BUT FOR YOUR NEIGHBORS, IT CAN EFFECT BUCKLING OF STREETS, ETC. SO, IT'S NICE TO LISTEN AND WORK WITH NEIGHBORS. IN THE U.S. IT'S "UP IN ARMS" RIGHT AWAY, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. NO ONE WANTS TO LISTEN TO EACH OTHER AND TRY TO WORK THINGS OUT. THIS IS ALSO A GOOD WAY TO NETWORK. THE NEIGHBORS ARE ESTABLISHED PEOPLE AND KNOW GOOD BUSINESSES IN THE AREA AND ONCE THEY GET TO KNOW YOU, THE LESS LIKELY THEY ARE TO CALL THE POLICE. AND THEY WILL WATCH YOUR PROPERTY WHILE YOU ARE ON BUSINESS. PLUS, LADIES WILL BRING BAKED GOODS TO YOUR HOME. YUMMIES. DON'T FIGHT WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS. THEY SHOULD BECOME ASSETS. I AM SUPER IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE BEAUTY YOU'VE PUT INTO YOUR LOVELY HOME TOO. YOU'VE MODERNIZED IT, SAVED IT'S INTEGRITY, BROUGHT LIFE TO IT AND IT'S A HAPPY HOME. A HOME WANTS TO BE HAPPY AND IT STILL WANTS TO KEEP A LOT OF ITSELF AND NOT BE COMPLETELY GUTTED AND UNRECOGNIZABLE FROM WHERE IT CAME. YOU SAVED YOUR HOME. IT JUST GOT A SLIGHT FACE LIFT AND SHE'S BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU FOR SAVING HER LIFE AND BEING VERY HONORABLE AND KIND TO HER NEIGHBORS. I'M SURE THEY LOVE YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS. A RESPECTFUL HANDSOME YOUNG MAN WHO WANTS TO SAVE AN OLD HOME AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. YOU DO NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS, YOU ARE RESPECTFUL, QUIET, YOU SPEAK JAPANESE FLUENTLY. AND YOU DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE ALL OVER AND YOU DO NOT BLOCK ANY OF THEIR SUN. YOU ARE WONDERFUL! PLUS, YOU HAS THE CUTEST, CLEANEST AND MOST POLITE ITALIAN GREYHOUND "PUPPY" AROUND! ❤. YOU ARE PRETTY CLOSE TO PERFECT AND ANYONE WOULD BE REALLY HAPPY TO HAVE YOU AS A NEIGHBOR I'D SAY AND THAT'S GLOBALLY. AND THE SAME GOES FOR YOUR MAGNIFICENT HOME. IT'S NEAR PERFECTION IF IT'S NOT THERE ALREADY. MIGHTY IMPRESSIVE. BRAVO!! ❤❤
