Seriously outstanding video dude. Massive props to you man for making this. I also learned a lot from this and really appreciate the time you've taken to make this. Great stuff!

Excellent video. I moved to Japan recently and wanted to get a little more involved in the community here, and this is a great place to start. Thanks for creating this!

Nice presentation. Couple comments - You'll often hear スパラン for S-RAN (I assume from "super random") - Regular greats (in contrast with pgreats) are called 黄グレ (yellow greats) - Slapping/split patterns are called 割れ (or 割れ譜面) - I rolled up the rim and won a coffee once

Ah yes, thank you! I completely missed these >_>. 割れ譜面 (われふめん, warefumen) is a really good term that I've heard (and used!) many times. Also did you have to buy a billion coffees to win one, because I sure as heck had nothing but ハズレs ...

Very informative. Would have helped me a lot the last time I was in JP.

I see many people refer to Leggendaria as just † , its turning into a sort of a joke meme, eg ○○†Leggendaria

also between score regarding players, normal greats are called 黄ばむ, yellowing

This was a really, really, really good video, but you left out all of the 14-key DP terminology Hakkyou, I've seen once, the newer "Hakkyo Overjoy", which is what I titled it in English - /watch?v=cE7QguHQ_lw
