AWARENESS ... some Japanese person sleep about half hours from many years and enterpreneur Jim trainer and so energetic by this sleeping pattern and also trained their student which also their sleep goes to the 90 minutes but doctors says that good amount of the sleep required to the human body for doing functions etc .

Karoshi, the site of overworked and burned out employees,workers and toxic work culture is being normalised and accepted in Japanese society even if it leads to extreme consequences like medical illness or even death. The economic rationale behind it is flawed. Putting in more hours doesn't necessarily lead to productivity. Instead, it proves to be counter productive.
