この動画を見て何度もあんかけうどんや素麺にして作りました。 とても温まるし美味しいですが、田舎に帰るときに寄ってみたいお店です。　店内の音楽が演歌っていうのも良いですよね。　子供の頃は演歌が嫌でしたが、最近は『日本らしさ』を色んなところで消去されている、葬り去られている気がしてなりません。　外国からの侵入もありますが、日本人自身が日本らしさを無くしている。 ああ、こちらのお店行きたいなー早く😆

For the eggs udon. All you need is learn how to make Dashi then pour the eggs as video shown, and pour it on the udon. You can also replace dashi with a regular chicken broth, or any broth that's available
