I live in America, and I also struggled with my body for the longest time. I really didn’t accept my body until I started going to the gym and lifting weights. I will never look like those thinner models in this (my body is like a combo of D and H), but weight lifting sort of helped me realize how strong my body can be rather than restricting food or freaking out about my figure. Girls are so cruel to each other. Honestly, as women we all need to support and love one another. It’s healthy to have some curves! Embrace it.

For me D is the my 1st pick and A is my second. D is just right not too skinny or too thick. if you take a look at her waist what you see isn't fat but a moderate amount of muscle (enough to keep a somewhat firm appearance but not enough to be sporting a six pack). You can tell by the way the light/shadows shines on her waist. she has really well toned body and to top it off she has killer curves, nice hips, nice thighs, and nice bust. In short the way I see it D is THE "Onee-san" (In the slightly older girl way) body.

Body obsesssion. Humans are born with a certain basic body type. It's genetic. Asian women have certain body types; Mediterranean or S American have different body type; and so on it goes. What is important: stay fit, eat a healthful diet, and just LIKE yourself including your body. Your body is where YOU live...your body is not who you are.

We're all beautiful no matter your body shape. 🌸 I am myself pretty skinny and I hated it. I remember I always covered myself up while everyone else were wearing t-shirts. But I gained some confidence and I finally can wear t-shirts, and even skirts and shorts!
