Love how you turned that very simple box into this cute house. The ramen shop on the ground floor is so cluttered and full of life, the apartment uses the limited space perfectly without feeling too crammed, and the balconies, outside stairs, interesting roof and bumpouts give this building so much character and variety. Your landscaping is really cute, too, with the fairy lights and all the flowers and the differently sized trees, and that custom fence! Beautiful! I learn so much watching your videos, and I'm amazed every time, too! 😁

Thank you! You can use mods to turn this into a home business or u can play this as a restaurant by adding a host station. There is a room upstairs for your sim to sleep in so u can actually live here :)

That's my question too! I love this build and just put it in my game but I'm stumped as to what type of lot to set it as? I have the live in mod by littlemssam but it doesn't have live in Restaurant option 😢 Please help 🙏 i really want this working in my game.. it's the 1st cool build I've added to snowy escape..now I need to find more. Before your build I never came to this world but this super cute build will entice me to come here ❤ Thank you

@@Stupidmadness Hi! I sometimes like living in the shops and restaurants that my household buys. You can just turn this lot into a restaurant, allow access upstairs to the apartment to only your household, and place a host table by the entrance. Now it's an actual restaurant u can sleep in :)

It's residential. If you want you can change the lot type to restaurant, just add a host station and an outdoor toilet stall on the side :)
