Contemporary School of Fine Arts | SIMS 4 Stop Motion Build | No CC

This is my largest build to-date and this was also heavily inspired by the School of Architecture, Fine Arts and Design building from my uni 💛 I was feeling a little sentimental and nostalgic because we don't have face-to-face classes yet where I am from, and I was presented an opportunity to build this too. Btw, to any fellow Carolinians watching, the layout is definitely different and this is on purpose 😊 I couldnt do the original design justice (no thanks to the Sims) so I decided to just make my own changes. wonderful build.. you know, the Sims 4 themselves had a chance to make their university pack which would allow one to actually go into a building such as this one and perform tasks to get their grades.. but they turned up their noses and snubbed all of us with their rabbit hole classes.. where you never ever get to see the inside of a university classroom or actually partake in a class activity.. now if one of the modders would make a mod to accomplish that, then this build could be used as a university where sims would actually go and perform tasks to get their grades and graduate..

I really wish there was a mod for this as well! Or maybe a pack refresh someday just like what they did for Spa Day

This is literally the best build i have EVER saw in this game, this is outstanding, it's just amazing!!! I love how realistic this is, and the whole architecture itself it's just beatiful, all the details in the classrooms, all the different room such as libraries and cafés, oh god i'm speechlees.

This is just SO AMAZING omg I absolutely LOVE how bright it is and the good vibes the build gives off ❤️❤️ there's so many subtle things too that just make this video so good, like the slidin- in of furniture rather than just placing it down, or having clips of Sims actually using the functional parts of the building, and having the doors to each room open. I just cannot believe how pretty and detailed each room is!!! This is such an aesthetic, like a movie could totally be filmed here LOL

Thank you! Originally there wasnt supposed to be an area for kids because I imagined this to be an actual school of fine arts for uni students, but an art center lot type requires activity tables for kids, so I decided to include them :) glad you like this!

Thank you! Glad you like it 😊 this was based on the school of fine arts at my uni. I had considered a sink, but the space was already cramped. The restrooms are pretty near though, and usually what my friends would do after painting is just clean up there. It's wide enough to accommodate multiple items. I made sure it included a shower just in case, and yeah it's the sims so we can just imagine 😅

I do feel like there’s something rather Southeast Asian about this build. I went for my BA in Singapore and MFA in Indonesia, this build simultaneously reminds me to both art schools I attended at once. And yet somehow, it also reminds me to campuses I see in a lot of Thai dramas. Turns out you’re from the Philippines. Maybe there’s something about the way we build our schools that is similar. Wow that's cool and actually pretty interesting! It could be because of the tropical region, or the architects who made this like to travel too. I do notice they tend to want to maximize natural ventilation as much as possible with their designs. Anyways, thank you so much! i love this build so much and i wish it would exist in real life. as dancer and drama student i would’ve liked to see the dance classrooms and the auditorium, especially the backstage area larger. a large stage and a huge backstage area is essential

I based this on my university's school of architecture and fine arts (we didnt have dance classrooms but I added them anyways 🥰) and I honestly wish I had the space to make a larger auditorium (there wasnt really a backstage irl either. Most performers would make use of the space outside). The movie screen wouldnt be functional if it was too large sadly. Nevertheless, I'm happy you like this!
