If you wanna court or date a Filipina, you should court first the family.Preferrably the parents. Sounds funny but it is soo true. Because we Filipino's are family oriented people. Family is the most important thing on earth. Daghang Salamat! ( Thank you in Cebuano dialect here in Philippines).

Yes. Hahaha. We are loud with people we know, especially when you become a part of a family (that includes as a new friend) and meal time becomes a get together and catching up moment. Home karaoke is very common, even renting a karaoke machine is part of any occasion (birthdays, graduation, anniversary, weddings, sometimes even funeral wakes) Loove your content. Hahaha. Your smiles, positive reactions and laughter are soo contagious.

If I recall it right, it was a Japanese inventor who first created something like a jukebox (which somehow considered as a prototype for karaoke) but it was Roberto del Rosario (Filipino inventor) that invented the sing-along karaoke and patented it.

The world's first karaoke machine, the Juke-8, was built by Japanese inventor and musician Daisuke Inoue in 1971. But it is Filipino inventor Roberto del Rosario who holds the machine's patent. He developed the Karaoke Sing-Along System in 1975. However, Inoue admits to not creating the name “karaoke”. A Japanese entertaining group created the phrase after an orchestra went on strike and a machine was used instead to play the music.

So much fun! Thank you Yoshi and Kohei. Actually, we don’t totally admit that Filipino invented it alone. It is the collaboration of Japanese-Filipino thing that’s why the karaoke was built. According to BBC news, The world’s first karaoke machine, the Juke-8, was built by Japanese inventor and musician Daisuke Inoue in 1971. But it is Filipino inventor Roberto del Rosario who holds the machine’s patent. He developed the Karaoke Sing-Along System in 1975.
