@azeezbashir1734 Most japanese school uniforms were around knee length, and japan has always been a much more modest country. At the time knee length skirts could have been considered immodest, or these gangs could have originated in schools that had above the knee skirts as uniform. Uniforms back then weren’t like the sexual costumes we see today, so it’s not like it was anything crazy, but it was just too much for some people.

Hmm not quite - Sukeban means delinquent girl and doesn't refer to one gang specifically. Although, they were known to dress in long skirts and cropped tops. - They mostly took part in petty theft, fighting between different sukeban gangs, and bullying. - These gangs were created because the boys gangs didn't allow girls. So, they made their own. - Some of the gangs like Ko Razor were huge but sukeban gangs started out as highschool gangs. - The Yakuza didn't really care about them because they were just kids. - They probably made some citizens uncomfortable if they saw them around but it's a large group of kids known to carry razor blades and pipes.

The yakuza had armoires of guns to put into comparison, male school gangsters are also not scared of these girls, at that time they heavily underestimated people based on gender not to mention males gangs often had support from local yakuza leaders. I know this video is desperately trying to create this girl boss image but spreading misinformation is not cool.

Also I think there's a misunderstanding with Western culture trying to understand especially Japanese culture. My first husband was Japanese. He was really honest about his culture how it really existed the history of it, etc. I really appreciated that he basically busted a lot of the myths. I didn't know he was Japanese when I started dating him. He was half Japanese half Italian Irish. He could go anywhere and people thought he was their culture. Sadly our marriage could not hold up to his mother's dislike for him marrying a European American. I think she would have been more upset if later on after meeting my birth family she would have found out I indigenous with a bit of European. I have a problem with melatonin production so I have extremely white skin I burn I can't tan I'm allergic to the sun makes me sick. My brother looks indigenous We were adopted out so we didn't really know what our background was. My uncle who was from my grandfather second wife a full blood Apache was adorable He was a 6'3 positively huge warrior everybody in Nam called him chief. I had to leave my husband to save his sanity He had a full mental health breakdown because of his mother's pressure. Didn't want to but I knew he was losing it and even the sheriff's department said this is just not safe at all for either of you. My neighbor really explained it to me her sister had gone through it with a Japanese mother-in-law who did this to her son because he married an American. I just couldn't figure out why did she hate it and she warned me that just because she married American didn't mean that she wanted her children to do that She wanted to have the Japanese blood reestablished even stronger by having the children married a full Japanese person that way the bloodline would start moving back towards the other direction. Well this woman was right because my mother-in-law destroyed her daughter's first marriage and forced her to have an abortion her daughter was so upset that after she got her head together she realized what her mother done to her and she ran away married this amazing guy has two beautiful children and never really came back She left the grandparents visit the kids but she never came back home fully She really explained to me a lot also very honest about how difficult it was going to be. I just watched my husband fall apart so badly I was terrified for his life. He is alive He eventually remarried and is caring for his mother to this day living with her good for this young woman who was able to do that.

@@valiantsfelinesmccarty6678 I think you drifted a little from the main subject but I want you to know that I read it and I wish you and everyone that you love, wellness and good health.. I hope no one comments negatively towards your reply because this sad behavior (unfortunately) is on the rise in the internet (or maybe it always have been) I will say though, it’s a sad mindset to think that the origins of a human cannot ‘mix’ or else they will be tainting a whole bloodline so what if we are from different countries? We learn from the differences that both the cultures have, and try to establish harmony between the individuals practicing them! but one must also know that learning and applying a whole (or part of) a new culture on a short or long time is not an experience for all so it is okay if one would like to love a person from their own origin/country I also think that parents shouldn’t have this much control over their adult offspring, I think parenting is about guidance not possession of one’s life and that’s just a little piece of my mind, have a good day miss! :D

For the people joking about the men’s gang being unclothed, this is simply to show off their tattoos. Most of the male gangs, whether they be Yakuza or biker gangs, would wear either suits or a particular uniform; both of which would usually hide their entire skin except hands, neck, and head. Most gangs or groups of such natures don’t accept or allow women into the gang or particular spaces, this holds up across the entire world too. There’s many reasons for this, one of those being that it helps maintain order amongst the male group by avoiding (essentially) workplace relationships. “Gang” is somewhat of a broad term, I would argue that in some cases “mafia” is more applicable or, “Criminal Enterprise”. Some of these groups are no more than street gangs which get into fights with each other over who’s standing on who’s street or, who’s messing with each others people. When it comes to other groups, say for example, they do illegal activities but are extremely organized and their main goal is to make money via these illegal actions and trades. Furthermore, a “Criminal Enterprise” is basically a business or corporation that’s willing to use nefarious or illegal means for business dealings. Say for example, you’re seeking to buy some oceanfront property to rent out condos or apartments, they just need a little work, but the guy or company who owns them won’t sell or his price is too high to make a good profit. Someone with a criminal enterprise may have paid men who will find that guy and “teach him a lesson”, this “lesson” will make him more compliant with the looming threat of him going “missing”. So these criminal enterprises are actual businesses, technically speaking legal, sometimes the illegal part is operating illegal gambling rings or something similar and not having permits to operate. So with these organizations their illegal actions are more about the “how” than “what” they are doing. Say for example, there’s a multinational corporation with excessive amounts of money behind it and government contracts, then some court case is started against your corporation; so you decide to “take care of” all these witnesses or jurors… sound familiar? When it comes to a lot of these groups, say like the Japanese biker gangs, the allure is the feeling of rebelling and fraternity; when it comes to the men at least. These girls are more like street delinquents, just rebelling and maybe some crime here or there; it’s in no way comparable to Yakuza, a criminal enterprise. Sometimes there will be women who associate themselves with Yakuza or other male oriented gangs, groups or criminal enterprises. However, these women are usually not “associates” in the business sense. Although, sometimes Yakuza or similar groups will own hostess clubs or similar businesses that operate with women; and they make a ton of money. These women will make quite a bit of money and if they have a problem with a customer, the men will make sure that problem disappears. So from that perspective; why would the women even want to bother with the details and the dirty work? They could make a significant amount of money this way and avoid a lot of the trouble and possibility of imprisonment or other penalties… Although, sometimes all female groups like this could be hired to deal with problematic females, if the guys have reservations about getting too “handsy” with women. For example, a woman who owes money to some group backed by a criminal enterprise or mafia. Some of these sorts of groups like the biker gangs or similar groups, would mostly be fighting each other or in it for the fraternity, they just like being rebels, being accepted by the groups, and fighting with other groups. However, that doesn’t mean that they always stayed that way and didn’t occasionally begin committing more serious crimes or turning into a criminal enterprise.

@adalbert94516 ай бұрын
It makes total sense. Rebellious clothing always has the goal of achieving a contrast to the norm. In western culture, it‘s shamed if schoolgirls (and woman in general) show too much skin, that‘s why they tend to provocate by wearing revealing clothing. However, in Japanese culture schoolgirls are already sexualized by having to wear short skirts (they still do, Japanese are really perverted in that regard). That‘s why they opt for long skirts and not showing a lot of skin as a rebellious clothing style. Edit: I think Japan is really fucked up in that regard. Imagine having to cover your skin to be rebellious. I‘m really sorry for Japanese woman.
