Many street food vendors have perfected unique flavor profiles and creativity with their dishes using long-held recipes that use the freshest ingredients. And then there are people like this guy who fries up some chopped cabbage throws bag after bag of packaged noodles on it and then floods it with sauce to try to give it some flavor. Marginally better than what college kids cook up in a dorm room. Why would you even do a video about such a low skill enterprise?
