This is an excellent video. As a guy who cooks a lot, and spent time working in restaurants, I noted any number of cool tricks and tips. I especially like how the potato salad was made. Thank you.

I didn't understand what the captions meant when they said the chef was cooking with beef hormones (in English). It should say beef Horumon which is beef organ meat :) Loved the video and hope I can visit one day!

広島市民は自分好みのお好み焼き屋がありますし、最近ではお好み焼き自体も進化しているので昔からのお店より随分美味しいお店が出てきました。昔からの名店は昔ながらの味ですから観光客には人気です。

I'm not sure you can call the food shown at 16:26 as a "pork BALL". It's not round and spherical enough to be a ball. Maybe consider calling it, "pork cabbage pancake"?
