There are many fake sisig in the Philippines, they don't follow the origin of Sisig.. Visayan Sisig is fried meat slice in small one, with cucumber, pepper, mayonaise etc., tagalog sisig is boil meat then crispied with, pepper, onions etc.. The original is ilokano sisig, it is called sisig but in ilokano term is DINAKDAKAN. The Grilled meat(inihaw) that slice into pieces, with slice onions, slice ginger in piece and pound, green pepper slice in piece, Vinegar, then Brain(if lack of brain or not enough brain add or use mayonaise).. salt needed...

Cebu still produces the sweetest mangoes in the world. Cebu is the original homes to the world renown sweetest mangoes. So there's no need to go to Guimaras for the just the mangoes. Cebu has lots of them. Check out every supermarket in Cebu and you'd find not only huge shelf of dried and processed mangoes but loads of fresh sweet mangoes sourced in Guadalupe, Cebu. Lest you don't know, the sweet mango cultivar that Guimaras is now cultivating came from Cebu variety when DA 7 (Department of Agriculture Region 7) donated seedlings to farmers in Guimaras through DA 6 after it was found out that Guimaras soil has similar soil quality with Guadalupe, Cebu.

@@aldwin3283 Lame? Don't make me laugh. I had a 68-year old friend working in DA 7 for more than 40 years already and I used to be a farmer from 2003 to 2010. During our mango growing seminar, all of the DA 7 personnel revealed that the Guimaras sweet mango cultivar came from Cebu which was given to the farmers through DA 6 in the early 1990s. Cebu is known for nothing else than dried mangoes? You must be living a hermetic life or you must be a grade schooler that you don't know much about Cebu. Just Google it and you'll know that Cebu is known for many things in the global scene.:-)

*CEBU SAFARI AND ADVENTURE PARK*too thier are so many many many huge animal's..like orangotown,tigers,macaw bird you can also feed them but be careful it might bit you,Beautiful Garden michaels povillion,and also crocodile u can feed them too it only cost' i think 1 leg of chicken 50 pesos,alligator,zeebra etc...it"ll be nice if you guy's go thier....hope you enjoy Btw it is located in Carmen cebu it takes 1 hour to go their it is so fun and enjoyable!!!!
