Kaldu ayam is my fav for soup type indomie. Because it's so basic you can add whatever additional toppings you've got. Indomie goreng also my fav for dry noodle (infact it's our all time favorite). For other flavored mie goreng, I suggest to ad a raw egg, 5-10 second before draining the water (do it carefully so the egg won't washed along with the water). Then mix it thoroughly with the noodle and the seasons while it's still hot. The eggs will mellowing the sauce taste, while it's also make creamier texture.
@prakasyitapitaloka77527 жыл бұрын
On second thought, if it is a Japanese egg, adding it directly to the bowl (without heating it first with the noodle) then mix with hot noodle and seasoning sauce, will do the same (and easier) result...

Well done. You will get a lot of hate comments from Indonesian if you dont like the first one! That was like everybody most favorite food in Indonesia, no matter how old they are, wherever they are, they will always have them ready in stock at their homes. Well done guys + the way you cook it is just the way i like it... simple and slurpilicious!

mi goreng is basically just an original taste of fried noodles. yes, the sauce and seasoning indeed taste great! it will taste better if you give just a little bit of the soup from the boiled noodles, mix it with the seasoning & sauce, top it with a half boiled pouched egg. sooo yummmmmmm 😋 p.s. try the indomie real meat version. it also has a delicious taste! 😋

you guys wrong in how cooked it. that is why you guys get the wrong taste. don't mix all the flavours in once. first, mix the soya sauce, chili sauce and the powder with little water, mix it. and then put the noodle and mix it, make sure get mix well. then put the left. then you guys get the real epic taste. Why? because the flavours doesnt mix well with the noodle.
@annisadwiputri77625 жыл бұрын

Indomie goreng is the best, but you get indomie goreng export version, the local version don't have chili sauce in it, but it has chili powder, and that make the taste different a litlle bit I wanna say that you did make the soup noodle a little bit wrong. The volume of water you used is too many, so that the flavor became too mild Rendang, iga penyet, dendeng balado, they are beef flavor. I wonder you guys tell it is lamb, lol
@downagain68067 жыл бұрын
Indra Yosry the powdered chilli version is still sold in my country & agree it's yummier than the liquid chilli sauce one. Everyone I know, agrees as well.
@asrifaizun93437 жыл бұрын
i don't know about this export version thing.........i've moved from padang to jogja for about 4 yrs now and it does have the chilli sauce in indomie goreng, while i got the chilli powder ones in padang....and one thing for sure is i love the chilli powder more

Indra Yosry i bought the indomies at alfamart deket rumah so i'm 100% sure it's not the exported version, cuz why would local indonesian minimart sell exported indomie.... in all my life eating indomies, the original indomie goreng never has the chili powder version maybe you ate the indomie goreng pedas? I think that one have the chili powder CMIIW

Indra Yosry just googled it, THERE ARE ORIGINAL INDOMIE GORENG WITH CHILI POWDER SOLD OUTSIDE OF JAKARTA 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱 I never knew and now I must try it! Is it different than the more common Indomie goreng in Jakarta? I have been missing out... where can i find it? I've been to bandung, bogor, jogja and medan, they have the same Indomie Goreng with chili sauce

For the soup one, I always put in the ingredient when cooking. It simply taste better, the noodle itself will have more flavor. Dont put too much water. Adding green chili padi is the best combination, no matter to dry or soup one.

They have never tasted the taste of Indonesian food.... That's why they give small points for Indonesian cuisine. Meanwhile, Japan doesn't have as many flavors as Indonesia It's very far from the Indonesian spices we have... That's why they judge As long as they give points. I am very disappointed with the assessment of those who don't know anything about Indonesian tastes
@leonardpearlman40172 жыл бұрын
I wish I had seen this when it came out! I didn't understand these dry mixed noodles at first, and just thought it was a more complicated kind of soup! No harm done. I like this now, from the American pov it's almost dietetic, a very small serving. I bought some tiny insulated bowls just for this actually, so they stay hot. It's funny to see it divided into three! I agree with the consensus in the comments here about the original flavor, adding an egg, and maybe a little of the pasta water just to make sure all the stuff dissolves. A fun video!
