Japanese style din yung ginagawa ko, legit na kahit wala kang make-up, glowing yung itsura mo. lowkey pa na nagiging healthy yung life style mo, hindi pa masyado magastos kasi very simple lang talaga yung skincare mo.

@@irenegaile Hoping makapag-Topic kayo about Laser and Dermaroller/needling for acne scars. I had my 3rd session of Co2 last week. Is it helpful po ba talaga? Mas better kase marinig sa experts. I guess bukod sa pimple/acne na common problem, is scarring, ice pick scars which is a really tough battle. Yung "pinagdaanan ng pimple"

@@see_1Jay thank you for the topic suggestions 🙏🏻 i have a video on CO2 laser resurfacing, also on acne scars. To be honest acne scars treatment kasi depends on several factors - ung machine, ung experience nung gumagawa, ung type of scars ng patient, ung healing response ng patient and ung post-procedure care.

@@see_1Jay the treatment doesnt start and stop on the day of your laser session, it’s a treatment program dapat. Also, i often recommend doing combination treatment kasi in my experience they yield better results.

Piece of advice : wag na po tayo mag sheet masks for eco awareness regardless of what the koreans say. Too wasteful. I have high respect for derms na nagre raise ng eco awareness sa viewers and patients nila. We can all do better. We need to send a message to these manufacturers na we don't approve of their wasteful products, as much as we refuse to buy products tested on animals / animal cruelty. While it's good to take good care of our skin, all the better if we do it responsibly. For example, some toners don't really need cotton pads. Nasanay lang tayo sa wiping motion on our face but clearly, the pads only take in 50-60% of the solution in the process. Added waste pa. When you can just pat your 7% glycolic acid toner directly on your face. Mas effective pa. Let's reserve our cotton pads for toners na kailangan ng pads such as miscellar water. Instead of buying moisturizer sachets, I buy the tubs. Half the price siya na mas mura per ml, and I just transfer the contents to a pump bottle. That way, you can also transfer it to mini portable squeeze bottles for on-the-go.
