🎉 I finally hit over 200,000 suscribers on KZbin 🎉 I couldn't have come this far without your support. Thank you so much 💕 I actually started my channel because a few students reached out to me telling me that they couldn't afford Japanese lessons. My mum raised me alone and we were pretty poor so I really understood the struggle of not being able to afford lessons. So I wanted to create something that can help everyone learn Japanese for free. Now thanks to Patreon and everyone's support I can proudly say I teach Japanese on KZbin as my full-time job. Becoming a Japanese teacher has always been my dream (besides being Sailor Moon and Pokemon trainer of course 😋) but being able to help so many people (200k people?!) is so much better than what I could have done in any other ways. So thank you so so much. I love you all ❤️❤️ ・ ・ KZbinチャンネル登録者が20万人を超えました🎉みんなのサポートなしではここまで来れませんでした。

I actually started learning japanese about 10 months ago and came across two channels, one of which was yours. At first I thought it was impossible and wanted to give up a lot of times because I took it too seriously and stressed out too much, but then I thought of the lessons and how many japanese friends I made on VRC despite the fact that my japanese was horrible at that time. I thought "If I give up now it feels like I'm abandoning everything", now, 9-10 months later, I'm slowly working towards the N2 level. Without your videos it would have been impossible, because I like studying in detail, so thanks a lot~ PS: For anyone else feeling stressed and slowly giving up, take a break for a day or two and come back to the topic you were stuck on. It will suddenly be much clearer. If you feel like you are improving too slowly, don't be shy and try to use japanese as much as possible. When you see japanese text, read it out loud. When you shower or clean and are thinking about things, try to think about it in japanese and afterwards look up the words or grammar that you didn't know. Don't just study randomly, study especially the things you need at the moment, it's much more efficient. And maybe think about becoming a patreon for extra content ;)

@@lore_wa It's "Learn Japanese From Zero!" owned by a humorous american guy who is mostly fluent in Japanese, if not entirely, from what I've seen and heard. how’s it going so far?
@cold-fire3 жыл бұрын
@@sic1809 Hey, thanks for asking! Long story short: I need to stop slacking and study more kanji. That's the biggest thing holding me back. Hiragana, katakana, and basic grammar and conversational phrases are not too much trouble anymore (I still get tripped up sometimes with easy things like when to use は and が ). I also immersed myself in Japanese media and look up words or phrases I hear that I feel like I should know, either because they're commonly used or they seem useful. That also helped me get used to hearing what the language sounds like so I can get the pitch accents correct. But yeah, it's been a while since I've properly sat down and studied, so that needs to happen again soon, and I've got a bunch of Misa's videos in a playlist that are waiting for me. That moment when you hear or read something in Japanese and you're like, "Wait! I understood that!" is really satisfying and makes me want to keep going.

I heard some japanese several times and I kind of figured out wa is used after a subject and wo is after an object, and this video clarified everything for me, and tbh japanese is way easier than english (only speaking wise xD), cause oh god those kanji, and english is much harder to pronounce the words ( you have to hear them first) and a lot of times english just doesn't make sense. ありがとうせんせい

This was really educational to me. I've been watching/listening to Japanese stuff for years, and I've definitely picked up on a lot of the words used here, but this video helped me put them into a sort of structure.
