I love your cooking. It's very different to what I am used to, but I am getting a lot of ideas from what you cook! I am used to Chinese home cooking, but this is helping me understand Japanese home cooking. It's now midnight here, but I am feeling hungry now! I love these recipes! Everything looks so delicious❤ But be careful with the amount of wakame seaweed (or any other seaweed) everybody, for it naturally contains very much iodine🙇♀️. Consuming too much iodine can be harmful for your thyroid glands. So please always read the serving recommendations on your seaweed packages.🙏🤗
