unfortunately, none of the dishes he cooked in the video except for the dumplings are authentic Chinese food. At most, I would say its very Chinese inspired Japanese food.

I think it takes a lot to Get Up And Go and move to another country and start up your own business!! This guy certainly has the potential and the energy to make it happen!! 中国人でも、こんな好青年だったら大歓迎ですねぇ🎉😍 ・人の列に割り込む… ・銀行で日本滞在期間半年以上で口座開設可能に満たない人が、行内で大声で反論する… ・職場で「大丈夫！大丈夫！」と言って、こちらの言ってることを理解していない…etc. 中国人の印象は決して良くありませんが、こんな人も居るんだということを知りました。日本滞在の全中国人は見習ってほしいですねぇ！
