I noticed the same thing. Some other Yatai seem to have used random things to make it work, but this one was carefully designed with a purpose. I say nothing bad about other Yatai, everyone needs and abilities are different and the others are lovely for their own reasons.

@@bl6628 almost all the yatai places purposely use hand me down stalls from their parents or grandparents for generations to keep the tradition of the family, but it’s a different story for start up Yatai places ofc

i feel you! this has to be by far the sleekest and most high end yakai i have seen to this point. it doesnt have the nostalgic, anachronistic charm of the traditional, makeshift, naturally grown ones, but an entirely different flavour, i cant deny liking.

屋台でラーメン食べたり、お酒🥃飲める屋台中々ないね💧 屋台ってこんなに大変だったんだ！2時間で 部屋作れるってベテランすぎる。 こんな苦労してるなんて。 移動の時も大変そう。 今の50代～60代の人若い時仕事帰りに屋台で1杯飲んだり、おでん🍢とか食べてたみたいですね。 今の若い人は、屋台で食べたり、飲んだりする機会がないので、屋台自体が減ってきてますからね。 私も屋台でおでん🍢とか、ラーメン🍜とか、お酒🥃とか1回くらい飲んでみたいし、食べてみたい🤤 また復帰して欲しい。

That has to be one of the most professional street vendors I have ever seen. Very efficient too. I doubt I would be drinking gin, early in the morning, with coffee and pastries. But, I've never tried it either. Maybe there is something to it.

I was amazed from the beginning until the end. I did not even realized that i’ve reached the end. The concept of this is quite convenient and really good. Its like one of those trendy and modern cafe but you would not expect that it can be set up in just a couple of hours. And i really would love to try that coffee! he must have been a contractor before he opened the coffee shop...so precise and every item fit like lego...amazing...he is so meticulous and paid attention to the smallest detail...i think he loved putting up his "home" and treat his customers to fabulous cups of special brew coffee...all the equipment is top class so this is truly his hobby because he is not making enough profit for all his effort...but to have fun and share joy with customers bring happiness and that is his joy and satisfaction...thank you for presenting this video- interesting very zen like just watching how he paid attention to setting up his home and opening up for business

他の地域や他国では屋台は不衛生という意見もあるけど、福岡の屋台はむしろ常設店よりも清潔である世界でも稀に見る光景。 屋台の一つ一つが日々メンテナンスされていることはもちろんのこと、同業者とのルールや各店主の心意気で街全体が非常にきれいにされている。 こういう飲み屋街って朝や晩に歩くとタバコなどのゴミや飲み物のゴミなど気になりますけど、福岡のこのあたりって朝晩歩いても本当にきれいなところが多いです。 昼の街と夜の街を演出してうまく融合している稀な街です。 是非今後も長く続いてほしい。

Most of us have it easy. We get to work and we start our job. This man build an entire mini kitchen/ restaurant by himself before he start. I love how organized and particulates he is. This is by far the cleanest street food I’ve ever seen. He’s is so talented in many ways. And I bet u the coffee taste amazing. I love to visit one day.
