1:24, good lord the way Kiyo ran across there and slid through the door was amazing and kind of scary. Looks like maybe Annie is being used as a buffer for Ai, he’s been focused on her a lot since Nenes been gone from being with them. The look in Annie’s face was funny, like what the heck you doing Mom. Ai picked the wrong one to hang with, since Annie follows Dad all the time. 💜😂💜

Ai requests Annie to provide shielding, then they walk to the hatch and Ai knocks on it like a door, which prompts them all, including Shabani, to casually flee in the opposite direction... did we just witness gorillas playing Knock On Door pranks on the keepers?? 😂😂😂😂

Thats different. Ai usually acts like she doesn't even know Annie is her daughter now all of a sudden they're embracing? How unusual but really nice to see. There's hope for Ai after all. Now let her start acting like Shabani's mate and we've really made progress!

You seem to not know anything about the Shabani family, Annie was taken from Ai when she had a C-Section for a very very long time, as a result she did not recognize her daughter. And Ai has already mated with Shabani so you just contradicted yourself. Female Gorillas are not breeding factories, it’s a pretty simple concept.

@AngeloCavaliere-l4j I understand what this person is saying. Of course they have mated , but it has been a very long time ago. Ai looks at shabani as more of a father figure now than a mate. And yes, female gorillas are pretty much a baby making machine. In the wild that is their sole purpose, to pass along as many offspring as possible.

⁠@@AngeloCavaliere-l4j, you are wrong Ai didn’t have a C section, she had Annie and rejected her so even not feeding her therefore the keepers took Annie and trying to show Annie to her everyday but it was Shabani that spent his day looking at Annie . Try to see the history of Annie or Google it. And gorillas are not human therefore They have to adapt to gorillas society where the silverback have the right to mate with his wives.

Shabani lol protects Annie because she was raised by himself as a mother and father because Ai rejected her and Saint Nene used to kick, push, bite Anne all the time and Nene never accepted Annie and also Ai . Yes she belongs to him as it is not a sense of entitlement, it’s the way gorillas society are formulated as the wives have to mate with the silverback and have offspring as much as possible in order to pass the silverback genes. So silverbacks defend the troop even with his life and females have kids. Google it or talk with gorillas keep so you don’t post BS . Ai is beautiful but she must be damaged because the way she behaves through Shabani and he’s very mellow as he treats her . His father had inumerable kids with lots of wives.
