Очень понравилась съёмка в приготовлении рамена,риса с яйцом,если люди покупают,всегда нравится этот момент,то еда вкусная.Еще понравилось,не в каждом канале есть,это состав входящий в блюдо.Пожелаю процветания этому ресторану,здоровья поворам.Привет из Беларуси.

素晴らしい働きぶりですね。変えられないもの、守らなければならないもの、大事な事、基本に帰る事、黙ってても見てるだけで躾に伝えられてる。お客さんの目から舌から常に考え維持する事、飾らない事、謙虚でいる事。ぎっしり詰まった一日で教えられますね。いつかは是非行きたいです。

I ate there yesterday. My first time to try and it was awesome food! I couldn’t really eat because I was busy staring at the them. I couldn’t believe my eyes that I was actually watching them cook my food. Loved ❤it!

Seeing how clean they keep their kitchen was amazing. I’ve watched a few videos about Asian restaurants the last couple of days and the state of some of the kitchens was shocking! Grease everywhere! They were basically a place waiting for a fire to happen.

they folks all work so hard and not many are young anymore. its amazing to me. the food of course i am sure is excellent. I love to see Japan one day. going to take a lotto jackpot, lol

Amazingly well done video. I am so impressed by the exacting hard work put into making this a successful business. I am from the US and have never seen such dedication and non stop movement from service workers. The food looks absolutely delicious ; and the portions are substantial. The cleanliness is impressive. I would eat here regularly if I could. I am inspired to try making similar dishes at home Thank you and wishes for continued success.

最後にお店を厨房隅から隅まで掃除するところ凄い!料理屋の鏡です。だから繁盛する理由がここにありますね。素敵すぎます。亭主そして働いてる皆さん頭が下がります。近くだったら是非とも食べに行きたいです。さぞ美味しいだろうと食べなくとも分かります。😋

アメ横には沢山美味しいものが有るけど、手作りの餃子凄い。後片づけも丁寧。 食器も二回シッカリ洗う。😊

the flavoring from the shell itself as well as other trimming they put in adds depth of flavor to the broth and because they are continually adding water they need to add the trimmings throughout the day to keep the flavor consistent. It's a no waste mentality that even the waste can be used for food or food flavoring

とにかく圧巻の中華屋の動画、毎日この量の食材をまるで音楽を奏でるかのように淡々とこなしていく姿はなんか料理人って言うより音楽家か芸術家、最初は材料の仕込みなんだが、これいつ終わるのか?まるでゴールか見えない作業 この一つ一つの工程があの炒飯が作られると思うと なんかプラモデルみたいな感覚、素晴らしいの一言 美味しくなくはないと思うが、ただ食べたいってのが感想😊

行ったことないのに、あらゆる動画で珍々軒さん拝見してすっかりマニアになりました。 毎日営業後に大掃除レベルの清掃にてピカピカの厨房、マスターの手際のいい仕込み風景、マスターの息子さんのご友人の方のプロフェッショナルな調理風景、女将さんの良い感じの接客、何度も繰り返し見たくなる素晴らしいお店です。 いつか必ず行きます。

那是桌子白漆皮脫落吧⋯😂 看起來不像有果汁的店! 抽油煙機都清洗得這麼乾淨了,不可能連桌子都不擦啦 你是老闆和店員的話,你想擦桌子還是洗抽油煙機是我?我絕對選擇擦桌子、因為洗抽油煙機非常耗時又很傷手😅

Looks yummy. The older guy puts more flavor in the fried rice because he adds the spices while frying it, the younger guy just puts the egg and rice. Not too yummy

雞蛋殼洗乾淨後,放在湯裡面會溶出少量鈣質,蛋殼會沉底,不要用力攪動,鍋不到底,就不會吃到蛋殼😮

This is because the egg white remaining in the eggshell makes it easier to remove the scum.
