ऐसा इंडिय मे भी बनाया जाता है पर इंडिया मे इसे mix vegetables कहते हैं curry, अगर पानी के साथ mix vegetables बनाया जाए तो उसे mix vegetables soup कहा जाता है, ओर इंडिया मे curry बेसन के बिना नहीं बनती, ओर चावल के साथ दही खाना सबको पसंद होता है इंडिया मे, मुझे भी बहुत पसंद है, अगर दही थोड़ी खट्टी हो या ना हो तो उसे सब्जी चावल के साथ लोग खाते है ओर दही से लस्सी भी बनाई जाती है ओर लस्सी मीठी ओर खट्टी पी जाती है जापान मे लोग सिर्फ मीठी दही खाते है पर इंडिया मे मीठी ओर salty दोनों तरह की दही खाई जाती है, शुभ काम के लिए लोग लोग घर से मीठी दही खा कर निकलते हैं

This is 'Nakamuraya's Curry' a variant Bengal's 'Patla Murgir Jhol' - 'Light Chicken Gravy'. The Bengali revolutionaly Rash Behari Bose, who later founnded of the Indian National Army (yes that one, later headed by Subhas Chandra Bose), dodged British efforts to arrest him in India and escaped to Japan in the early 20th century. While there he married a Japanede lady, whose family owned a bakery called 'Nakamuraya' in Tokyo. Rash Behari, missing the food of his homeland, taught his wife and later his in laws, how to cook Bengali food, including this curry. His in laws put it on Nakamuraya's menu shortly afterwards, and it became a runaway hit. So outstanding was its success that it contributed to Nakamuraya becoming the largest and first publicly quoted food processing company in Japan.
