I've topped mine out at 139 and it took every bit of the rpm with a headwind so it maybeable to hit the 140s. In the twisties vs other sport bikes the r7 is super agile and the low end torque helps so much as long as you don't need to go over 80 you can keep up with the big dogs. Definitely not a top speed bike.

If you dip back really far and you foot brake hard your tire basically locks up to bring you back so if you have abs and it kicks in it will just let you keep falling

In my experience hitting the back brake too hard at 12 or later on my drz400 will send you over the bars. It is what i believe because of the compression of the rear suspension or preload then coming down at a rapid rate while decelerating= your ass flipping over the bars. I suppose with my ninja 400ABS for example, i could mash the back brake or "panic" the back brack with out as violent result. In theory.

I’ve hit 147 with my R7 and it’s bone stock beside the holes drilled as well but it was on a perfect condition day and I was full tuck

Can disable ABS with out pulling fuse. Just do a small burn out ABS light comes on now it’s disabled and to reset just turn off and pull key then start now it’s unable.
