Maybe this has already been answered on Patreon but the guy singing with Jensen was Rob Benedict, from the band Louden Swain that plays at all of the conventions. He and the guy holding the mic to Jared's guitar also MC a lot of the conventions.

Man, a bit embarrassing to admit but I totally teared up when this happened, I was so so proud and happy for Jared that he managed to overcome his stage fright! Not his last time either! He has since played with them a few more times and he looked a lot more comfortable! And dude needs to give himself more credit, he always says he is a horrible singer but the SPN cast recorded a Christmas album and we got a little snippet of Jared's singing voice, smooth deep honey, nothing crazy but it's actually really gorgeous even if he hasn't had any training. Thank you Melissa for suggesting these!

Yes, I agree. A little note: At one panel, a fan asked, if Jared would also sing at the SPN concerts - Jared said no, he couldn't. But Jensen said - he (Jared) has the voice of an angel. PS - Jared and Jensen played guitar and sang in the caravan together quite often.

Shame we won't get to hear more of Jared's singing but hey, at least we got a taste of it 😅 I also remember when the cast was doing a reading of Edgar Allan Poe and I wanted to hear a whole book read by him because he has just got a really good comforting natural voice.
