Even with all the hate Jeremy gets... No one can deny his presence in this show made of as2 one of the best seasons ever made in drag race. No one can(at this point) bring that level of drama and he wasn't scared of speaking out ... Even if the edit didn't favour him in the end, phi phi O'Hara is someone everyone remembers and that's what counts in the end.. Being memorable.

Dont agree. And the success of this last all stars shows people want to see talent not cheesy drama that phi phi excelled at. She didn’t play the villain, she was first class villain and kept going at Sharon well after the season. What i dont understand is why her 365 days of drag didnt get more attention. THAT was genius

I love that he states that he loves Jaremi, loves being Jaremi, etc. We’ve heard so many of the queens say that drag is like an escape or it’s their opportunity to be all of the things that they wish they could be or have qualities that they don’t possess in real life. It’s refreshing to hear a RPDR alum say that they actually love THEMSELVES more than their drag persona.

The fact jeremi is still not only just remembered, but atill talked about both for his time on drag race and his art outside of drag race after so many seasons speaks volumes. Also on a shallow note jeremi can turn up out of drag anywhere and im here for it 😉

What everyone who loves to paint Jaremi as a monster conveniently forgets is that even in S4 (his most "monstrous" season), he won a mini challenge to phone home and gave it to Chad, even going so far to say, "I won this for you," because he knew that it was Chad's anniversary and wanted Chad to be able to at least talk to his boyfriend to celebrate. Yes, he played the villain in S4 but you could tell he had a really big heart underneath it. And then AS2 comes out and the editing to make him the villain of the season was incredibly obvious since he gave them much less to work with. So glad Jaremi's still around and creating art.

You really believe the edit made him look bad?! My god! You SAW HIM SAY ALL THOSE THINGS. It’s not like they chopped up the shit he said. Alyssa said they were standing behind the mirror 30 min to an hour while he ripped her to shreds. Multiple queens said phi phi was playing mind games. Usually when someone’s a villain in drag race there’s at least one other queen to stand up for them. EVERYONE was on the same page. All of this wouldn’t be a problem if you just accept you’re the villain. But you’re trying so hard to rebrand yourself but then turn around and act like that. Roxxy was in a similar boat. She redeemed herself. If you’re a b$&@& at heart, you won’t be able to hide it on reality tv

Thats why I say I want an All Villains Season. Jaremi Carey as Phi Phi O'Hara will always be one of THE GREATEST reality Television Villains of all time. I mean that in the sense that I was thoroughly entertained every step of the way. Jaremi's mind is so creative and I just don't think the producers allowed him the chance to really showcase his creativity. They want Phi Phi the Villain not Jaremi the creative. Which is fine but it enables the fans to think they own the character to the way the producers do.

@@zeej80 nobody is all bad or all good. Phi phi has plenty of pleasant moments off drag race. But on the show she really was edited as this stank face, never happy, side eye type and they are drag queens. Come on now. I could take hours of footage of anyone and manipulate you to love or hate them. I just wouldn't. I'd present a dynamic range. I'm not a fan or anything, I just know they cast Phi Phi to be their villan, then poked her and lay in wait soaking up the content knowing full well any good moments (lending queen's makeup, laughing and joking with the others etc) would not make the final cut.

I think the deal with Jaremi is that he's a competitive person and Drag Race taking almost a month to film brings up this side. So, he is indeed the sweet person we see on this interview, but under a high pressure situation or a competition he is also a bit of the villain of season 4 and All Stars 2, and that ok.

They were purposely trying to screw her over again. Justice for phi phi. I get some may just blame it on phi phi giving them all the material they needed to edit her like that but if they could complete edit out miz cracker being a bitch on all stars 5 the could of easily made her look great on all stars 2 but all they wanted was a villain so production purposely did decisions to fuck with each contestant like how hard they went on adore the first day with raven calling in her demi Lovato before rehab was pretty fucked up. I can just imagine being so pissed off and fed up at rupaul and wow for doing you dirty like that for the sake of entertainment, and then having the gall to make fun of you in a song called "blame it on the edit" as if to abscond any responsibility that editing DOES HAVE in an individuals narrative on and off the screen. I love Jaremi's art and style and what he brought as Phi Phi O'Hara to the art of drag. But I do want to call out when he says he left due to butting heads with the producer, like we all saw the season right? Jaremi went off not agreeing with Alyssa Edwards eliminating Ginger Minj over Katya and that Alyssa wasn't playing "fair" when Katya had a win and Ginger didn't, blah blah etc etc. At the end of the day Jaremi as Phi Phi tried to villanize Alyssa HARD and eliminated her, anyway we all know what happened right? Not going to the reunion is fair. I can tell Jaremi is a very competitive person with very strong opinions and that is hard when you're a contestant in a competition of something you are strong and knowledgable at, which Jaremi totally is. No one is pure evil or pure good, we all have layers. And I hope Jaremi has a bright future because I love what he brings.

LMFAO I love how people don't respect his wishes and keep dragging him back to the drag world 🤣🤣 it's kind of sadistic of these interviewers to constantly be making him relive these negative experiences he went through LMFAO 🤣🤣
