I was also lucky to meet Johnny when he came into the restaurant where I was hostess, back in the early 00s, and I was able to get him a last minute table. Then I met his band and hung out with the drummer who got me a ticket to the show. At the show me and another girl were the 60s style go go dancers in mini-dresses at the side of the stage. It's important to have the right moves 😄💃

Mickey Jones was Johnny's drummer at this time. Nowadays Mickey is remembered for his acting roles such as the construction worker Pete on "Home Improvement," but in the '60s he drummed for Trini Lopez, then Johnny Rivers, then Bob Dylan, then The First Edition. Legendary.

Great song and music. Brings back wonderful memories of cuddling on the couch. Was my girlfriends favorite song. Gone our separate ways decades ago. Dont even remember why, but I never should have let her go. Beautiful woman. Completely My bad (yet again), young and scared of commitments. MY loss, my fault.
