Donno about the whole "tier" thing about characters. It's relatively subjective imo, since I'm kinda new to fighting games, but i just love Manon and i main her (currently platinum). I'm one of those people who choose mains not judging from meta or efficiency, but out of aesthetics and moveset, and there's something i like about the "swan". Also can't say she's entirely bad, since i frequently get called scrub for abusing command grab... FGC is a weird place, but i like it somehow.

tiers are mostly relevant in pro play, for most players it's not that important and can even be wrong. like honda is very good at lower ranks and very bad in tournaments generally for example
