The coach should vary the speed, and rhythm of the stick. With what he's doing it's a constant speed and easy to get the timing on that.

It doesn’t get much faster than that! It might look easy to time because it’s only one glove. Fighters can’t throw both hands at the same time, so all he’s doing is changing angles, so it’s the same as a fighter throwing punches with both hands.

Just look at Chris Eubank Jr... Looks great until he gets in a ring with a actual champion or hungry B level fighter. I don't believe in hyping fighters, their fight record and quality of opponents are all I care about.
