This is RP so it should be compared to real life. If you spike the middle of a freeway with no signaling to other cars like normal drivers or police cars involved in the pursuit, you will kill a bunch of people. Blowing the tires of cars at 160mph will literally make these cars roll for dozens of meters. Not only the suspect, but everyone behind, including the cops. That guy IRL would kill the suspects, a bunch of other fellow officers, the pedestrians that would be hit by the out of control cars, the innocent people that was driving and got hit by the out of control cars AND HIMSELF with that move. Complete bullshit. IRL that move would kill dozens.

It is the same as ramming a car or a motorcycle with 100+mph. The problem is that the cops have literally 0 consequences for these shit. After Summit talked to Bass I saw the phone call he had with Ripley. It was basically "Was it NVL from your side?" "No" "Ok I believe you" then Bass watches the video pauses it when sum is going 140mph and Ripley is 5 meters in front of the car, says just a "My fault I allowed the spikes did not realize they were going that fast" and it ended there. The fact that in Summit's POV, Ripley went downed but in Ripley's he did not because of desync speaks on it's own on how close to danger he was.

A spike strip on a freeway, and the main part is, it was either set up behind them for no reason or it was set up in the couple of seconds from when they were reported to be heading back which would mean that he just dashed out of his car, set it up without any warning to anyone else. There's was ruling that no spikes were needed if a Interceptor was chasing criminals. Since those Interceptor certs people are prepared to chase class A & above. But heyyy guess WHAT! After 60 or 90 laps on Interceptor trials (over n over), I beat a time record, now I'm cert to drive like a pepega, And abuse it against criminals using C or B. class.

It's sad that it's getting to the point where criminals are going to have a shoot 1st mentality because otherwise they're just going to end up with every cop chasing them (so much for the 4 car rule they had a few months back) or the cops are going to do dumb shit (not just the spikes it's been getting worse for a while) in order to win. At least with cops like Dan they tend to (more often than not) roll with it and have fun because he's there to have fun and not ruin the game for anyone. Also it's bullshit like this that's why the people that play crim characters and especially the people that play crim and cop characters need to get into the meetings because in all honesty I see a lot of streamers either leaving the server or taking time away because they keep getting screwed over either by being nerfed or by the cops (tactics and/or numbers)

Here the thing as someone who’s knows pursuit SoPs IRL (admittedly UK regs) Ripley would have not met the minimum requirement for authorisation to spike. Also in doing so broke half a dozen SoPs (UK-which are broadly in line with US) Also Ripley’s justification after the fact is something very common we see of civilians who try and explain away decision making retrospectively in broad reactionary terms. Whereas IRL we train for the ‘what if’s’ in order to control as many of the variables as possible for officer, public and suspects safety. So it’s all very well saying ‘traffic was light’ but you still have a 2ton vehicle barring down at you at 140mph with zero hardcover and stationary civilians next to your spikes. Just because it all worked out in the end isn’t vindication that a correct decision was made. Essentially Ripley relied on a lot of luck, something we try to train out irl. Now ultimately it doesn’t matter because this is a game and decisions have no real lasting consequences. So the argument then is is this a real RP server where we try to adhere to IRL codes of practice as much as possible, within the confines of game mechanics of course or is it more fluid than that. Ultimately that’s down to the individuals take

It's the same reasoning behind when you would fire or not fire your weapon. Yes, you have the shot on a suspect who is threatening another person's safety and let's say they do everything that would justify the shoot (just trying to make this simple for arguments sake) if you don't know what's behind your target, you don't take the shot unless it's absolutely necessary. This is why police officers don't go around carrying fucking hand cannons, because if they did have to shoot, they need to make sure their bullets aren't going through 3 different rooms in case they miss.

Had a few rough scenarios starting off. Was breached at a fleeca for taking too long (the hack was scuffed, we had to do it once and then wait 5 minutes to do it again). We killed the hostage and 2 police. They had a meeting about it and we were let go and given a laptop. Still there were reprucussions and we didn’t pay for their mistakes. I am on the whitelist now and it just seems impossible to win.

25:50 I'm fully on summits side here but i think its really cringe how the mods are spamming question marks and shit even when the chat is in emote only mode in a moment where there is an actual discussion going on. It's like they are trying to discredit anything baas says before he says it just cause they are mad. This is their chance to talk about what happened and try to understand eachother so that people dont have to be mad about it and the mods are just making everything more polarizing instead of just letting them attempt to understand eachother. It's a small thing but i just think its so cringe whenever mods fuel the fire instead of being the ones to calm the chat down.

Finally someone saying something about these cop rp'ers! They literally whine and complain and always get there way. They ram high speed and ram on foot and then say 'sorry' but it keeps happening. They get toys they abuse them just like in 2.0 and before. When they dont get there way they quit and dont login as cop so numbers go down knowing that the server cant survive without them and then get everything they want and more uneccessary things done to crim characters. They come back and then its rinse and repeat. They dont care about other peoples streams! They dont care since many dont even stream! I loved watching gta v rp on nopixel but its been getting really sad the nerfing taking place and the ignorance of the majority of cop rp'ers who are just selfish. There is no 2 way street with them. Like summit, this is my first time saying this! Its also funny that a guy like xqc who kept getting banned, has actually stopped playing after wanting so badly to come back and even helping promote the public server to get back on! Also for a guy like Sykunno to quit too, says a lot about how poorly run this server has been becoming. Dont they realize they have a Public server which they can use to groom cop rp'ers and then when these clowns quit just bring others in and see how fast people start realizing theyre not needed. It happens all the time the cops disappear. They dont like to actually do the work like how crims would prepare for banks for 2 hours and have a plan which is no longer happening because of the nerfs to everything. Dam, they need a dog now too because theyre too lazy to search bushes. They want the win 100% of the time. Dont let them fool anyone! It took me a few minutes to write this so any cop rp'er lovers, i watch Five0Anth0 who was the first person i watched in gta v rp and now i added Buddha and Crystalist. See the connection! These 3 streamers love having fun and dont take it too serious with the exception of Buddha and the occasional mald for scuff lol, theyre all great examples of having fun! Not saying all the cop rp'ers are bad but the high majority really think theyre cops and with a smile pretend they can take L's! I hope things get better because i really would like to watch other cop streamers again but havent found many Real Ones Lately! P.S to the birds, Im not angry! I think its sad and selfish what theyre doing! Theres always some comment thinking otherwise. ;)

They lockpick a car and have to drop it off at a specific location in order to get GNE. The higher rank the car, the more difficult it is, going from locals spawning to fight you and multiple locals spawning with guns for a A+. Also, they have trackers on them which a hacker has to disable. The better the hacker, the longer between pings of the cars location for the cops and the easier to have them not catch you.
