First off it just seems like having guns is pointless when it takes a full deagle mag to down someone. That is not realistic in the slightest. You have to understand that when you make a hostage, the cops objective is to secure him and they lose if they are killed on their fault. If you really want to fuck up those NVL cops, you should expect at all times that they can shoot and when they do, you don't need to panic or think, you shoot the hostage's head. The worst part is they only get banned and get back without any in-game consequence. it's just a vacation to them... instead all this (except for meta) should be allowed, but punishment would be in-game like getting fired from being a cop

He’s in a tough position because his name and therefore his likeness carry so much weight within the community. That goes for any big streamer, especially the ones with fans who are more than just RP fans. When he makes a big deal out of something, the people on the other side of the situation get such an influx of hate and toxicity that he feels at least partially responsible for. It doesn’t matter if he tells his viewers not to go anywhere, they’ll go regardless. So by trying not to make a big deal out of something he lessens whatever impact comes their way
