Kollontay having a jamming AOE melee is absolute bs in and of itself (he doesn't have to hit you first). But it all boils down to the fact that getting hit in Tarkov by literally anything makes your character develop severe Pneumonia, Tuberculosis, Asthma, Bronchitis, and Lung Cancer, which causes your character to lose all stamina within his body. Kollontay also, since he's an AI like all other AI, has a never-ending stamina pool.

Honestly, eventually ratting with impacts like that will be meta until they nerf them to death. Any competitive player will eventually accept that although cheesy, it's still the most effective tactic available. It's cheesy bc it's so effective
