When you look at Jason's face, there is a plea in his request to Sam. He sees that he hurt her so deeply, however, through this pain, his feelings became deeply entrenched in her. He's looking at her and pleading to save his marriage and have this family. Now, he has a wife and child without any drama.

Here’s what people need to understand. They both made mistakes during their separation. It wasn’t just Jason. Yeah he didn’t take it well and wasn’t there for her when they thought the baby was Franco’s. He made plenty of mistakes and that’s what this scene was all about. He knows he hurt her. And he owned up to it. You have to realize Sam’s not blameless. She pushed him away. Their issues started when she lied to him about Robin. I get she was trying to protect him, but that wasn’t her choice to make. My point is, they both made mistakes. Don’t just act like it was all Jason. He apologized, and they became a family. Which is how it should have been all along.

As i watched my absolutely fav couple.. im taking back to way i love these two and why i hate how the writers rewrote their history.. this is Jasam this is so they were and what they meant to each other.. Sam realizing and saying how jason would protect his son and than we’re suppose to believe that all of a sudden their love just went poof.. they have us who they were in the end but alittle too late their writers.. i guess these clips will be my salvation..#Jasam love forever

We were really happy to hear Jason apologized to his son but we totally believe he owed a huge apology to Sam for many reasons. First and foremost, he still owed her an apology for the blackmailed and the life threat that he did to her back in 2007-2008. He had never really apologized for doing such horrible things to her. The huge problem that we have with Jason not expressly apologizing to Sam for those unfortunate events is the fact that he was extremely abusive and such behavior under any circumstances should be acceptable. The fact that the writers had swept such horrible incident under the rug it's another indicator that we had been dealing with chauvinistic pigheaded mentalities that couldn't bring their beloved Jason to admit that he screwed up big time with Sam and that it was not the first time that he had done that. It takes a real man to owned up to his mistakes, to apologized and to try to make amends. However, quite often we find ourselves watching everyone in Jason's life making excuses for his behavior. We say enough is enough. It's about time that Jason decides to step up and start taking responsibility for everything he has done, especially all the pain and hurt he has caused Sam. He needs to stop taking Sam, their love, their relationship and their family for granted. Furthermore, if Jason wants another chance with Sam he needs to go back to the principled man that he used to be. He could start by honoring his weddings vows and by making good on the promises that he made to Sam. He needs to learn how to love her unconditionally just the way Sam has always loved, supported and accepted him without any judgements. It's Jason's time to proof himself. Anything short of what we have mentioned is non negotiable. Unfortunately, now we know it won't happened this time around because of what happened to Jason later on. However, now in 2019 Jason has a new opportunity to get everything done right by Sam and his family. Hopefully, this time around he won't let us down. At the end, we all know that Jason and Sam are unbreakable, undeniable and inevitable. Ride or Die'till the end. Blessed be!

Always thought Jason turning away from Sam and her baby over Franco being the dad was ridiculous. He loved Michael and raised him for the first year of his life and he HATED AJ. Jason wouldn't have cared. Stupid storyline, lazy writing.
